- Sales agent dials a customer's number available in the CRM.
- A payment link is sent from the CRM directly to the customer's phone as a text message.
- Customer opens a Waytobill's checkout pre-filled with their data pulled from the CRM.
- Customer completes the checkout and the registration is confirmed.
- New customer data is synchronised with the CRM and the onboarding process gets started.
Website - Online channel
- A form inserted on a merchants' website collects customer data and sends it to the CRM.
- The data is used to open a Waytobill's checkout pre-filled with the data provided in the previous step.

QR Codes - Physical channels
- Potential customers scan a QR code printed on a letter, poster, flyer, billboard or shown on screen.
